What is ZANO Smart City?

ZANO Smart City meets the demands of an evolving world. We design city furniture that offers features like wireless phone charging, fast Internet access, and nighttime lighting. This furniture is powered entirely by clean energy from solar panels, ensuring that our solar products are fully self-sufficient.

During the design phase, we prioritize aesthetics, longevity, and practicality. Our furniture is crafted from materials like stainless steel, carbon steel, domestic woods (pine, spruce, fir), exotic woods (sapeli, iroko, meranti, tauari), HPL laminates, and tempered glass.

Photon bench realizations

Featured here is the Photon solar bench crafted from stainless steel and exotic iroko wood, finished with a teak oil coating. The benchâs power comes from photovoltaic panels covered by a sheet of tempered glass that doubles as the seating area. This model includes a Wi-Fi hotspot, a wireless charger, a panel with three USB ports supporting Quick Charge for mobile devices, and LED lighting which turns on automatically in low light conditions (situated beneath the bench).

Flash bench realizations

Flash bench featuring a photovoltaic panel on its backrest. This piece is constructed from carbon steel, galvanized and coated in RAL 7004 powder. The wood employed is local spruce finished in an oak lacquer. The bench includes a wireless charger, a panel with three Quick Charge USB ports, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and a 230V AC outlet.

Deployment of the Universe Solar Station

The Universe solar station is crafted from stainless steel and iroko wood with a teak finish. It features a photovoltaic panel constructed from two layers of transparent tempered glass and monocrystalline cells. At eye level for seated users, there is a module equipped with 6 USB ports and a display showing the current battery charge level. The seat includes two wireless chargers. Universe also provides high-speed Internet connectivity.

Installation of the Sunflower Solar Station

The Sunflower solar station shown below is constructed from carbon steel, galvanized and powder-coated in RAL 7024. It features a canopy equipped with photovoltaic panels and a strip of LED lights that automatically turn on at dusk. The station includes a table crafted from vandal-proof HPL laminate. It is outfitted with an inductive charger and a panel featuring two Quick Charge USB ports. Additionally, a stainless steel leg rest is positioned near the base.

Always Powered Up! Optional backup power unit for the bench/station. In low sunlight conditions, this unit seamlessly transitions from solar panels to the municipal power grid, ensuring the bench remains ALWAYS functional and fully equipped!
